Justin Creamer
President/CEO Aegis Capital
Justin Creamer is the President of Aegis Capital, where he leads the firm’s capital raising, investor relations, and strategic advisory initiatives across private markets. With over 15 years of experience in investment management, private equity, and financial services, he brings a disciplined and relationship-driven approach to capital formation and investor engagement.
Justin specializes in working with institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals, advising on fund positioning, go-to-market strategy, and investor communications. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in supporting the launch and growth of multiple investment strategies and has contributed to raising over $200 million in capital across a range of asset classes.
Prior to Aegis Capital, Justin held senior roles focused on investor relations, institutional distribution, and capital raising, where he consistently exceeded fundraising targets and built long-term partnerships across Canada. His experience spans both emerging and established investment platforms, providing him with a well-rounded perspective on the evolving needs of institutional allocators.
He began his career in wealth management, developing a strong foundation in portfolio construction, client advisory, and business development. This experience continues to inform his practical, client-focused approach to investor relations and capital strategy.
